Enjoy the simple Tuscan cuisine like in the old days, when meat was a luxury and the vegetable garden behind the house was the larder. On Sunday evening, Lene and her team revive this cuisine with an almost vegetarian menu at the restaurant Metzg in Zurich. Four courses are served for dinner, accompanied by a selection of Sequerciani natural wines.
The 4 course menu, including wine paring and aperitif, costs CHF 125.
