Our Cuvée. The Moraiolo olive, intense and slightly buttery, combines beautifully with the delicate Leccino olive and the peppery Lazzero olive. Along with the nobile Frantoiano olives, we obtain an oil with a round complex flavor, a slightly bitter note, and hints of artichoke and freshly cut grass.
Goes very well with sweet foods, vegetables -- such as pumpkin and cauliflower, or with shellfish.
